About Hot Hatha Yoga
Suitable for all ages, levels and ability, the Hot Hatha Yoga beginner series consist of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This series of postures systematically and scientifically works through the entire body. Each posture is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints required for successive postures in the sequence. The room is mirrored to allow for greater body awareness and to refine and deepen our postures with easy self-correction. All classes are 60,75 or 90 minutes.
Classes are held in a heated room. The warm room allows for greater flexibility. It minimizes muscle strain, lactic acid build up and reduces the chance of injury, allows for greater cleansing of the body and helps build tremendous stamina and endurance.
