Samuel Tellechea began practicing Bikram yoga in 2009. Soon after, he fell in love with the practice, and went on to become a teacher in the Fall of 2012. Samuel quickly realized that the benefits that can be obtained from Bikram Yoga greatly surpass other forms of exercise, traditional medicine and even therapy because Bikram yoga heals the body and the mind. He believes that practicing Bikram yoga allows one to be very aware and mindful of everyday choices, and forces practitioners to improve in all areas of life. Samuel enjoys teaching very much, and feels very motivated to see students try their hardest because, as Bikram says, the hard way is the only way.
Samuel is from Mexico City, and is very happy to be living in Montreal.
